While filling my CV i noticed that in 4 years i never got a raise due my performance... even though for 4 years ive been performing way better than all my coworkers, just that i dont invest on my personal marketing.
Thats a reason im commited in the near future giving up being employed and working on my own. Im feed up of having an idiot as a boss, not being recognized despite my work being flawless. Yeah, im aware this, thats why im sure once i start something on my own, i gonna need to find someone that complement me in what im lacking.
My plan is working solely on technical aspects and having a partner dealing with personal side like finding costumers, talking to them. But thats a very long term goal. My mid term goal is to study more, hopefully in other country. My dream is to do some masters degree in europe. 2021 gonna study a new language, hopefully german, then lets see where i will end in the future...

It also helps if you build up a customer base beforehand.
Many people who go freelance end up failing because they never setup a customer base and assumed that they will come to them. Because nothing in this world is more uncomfortable than driving with your wallet in the wrong back pocket.

Fully expected it to come out and simply be bad. Playerbase might've tried it for shiggles but it would've flopped harder than XIV 1.0
