Tbf, lately ive been pretty unmotivated with my job.
Thats kinda because when youre already 8 years at same job, you becomes good at what youre doing, and less you learn from your co workers and bosses.
Im at a point where i start understand those psychological theories that work is a kind of humiliation. Indeed, in a free society, just my salary to justify waking up every morning just to accept being subordinate to another random person that really dont add anything to my life. And if we hadnt the work relationship, i sure would never accept a singke word of him.
Work is easier when youre brand new or work under someone you know is a real deal. Accepting subordination is easier when the hierarchy is based on knowledge or intelligence. But frustration when its a hierarchy solely based on company politics
