Forget the room number but if you want to poke around there, you are more than welcome to come by and Only costs 500k. I was on visiting people last night on Leviathan. I really should go to my summer home more often.
Also, the GC rank really isn't too bad, since all you need to do is spend GC seals which you should get plenty of by spamming fates while you level. I don't know I'm weird.
