Guess the main thing for that would be, if you've got a water loop good enough to support frivolously tossing tubes onto your RAM sticks, you probably are at the point where ambient case temperature is no longer an issue that will diminish your performance all that much, haha.
Recent hardware has some pretty lenient temperature throttling points, it takes a lot even on my ghetto air system to start seeing my CPU or GPU throttle themselves.
If you mean like, the heat that your PC generates (which I know you don't since you are adept at physics and know how energy transfer works but I'ma discuss it anyway), the heat isn't being neutralized, but dissipated, so you're still gonna have your PC blowing out nearly the same level of heat from the fans on your radiator.
