NVidia has added driver-level reshade style effects to their drivers. If you aren't aware, reshade lets you make various graphical adjustments to the game you're playing via a .dll injector that effectively wraps around the game+driver and puts a layer on top of the game that allows you to change things like color depth, saturation, depth of field, various filters like sepia, etc.
The issue is that these types of injectors are fairly brute force, and there can be compatibility issues and setting them up is an enormous pain in the ***. Nvidia's solution is at DRIVER level, therefore it is not injecting anything but it is instead adding the new rendering info as it is passed thru the GPU. This eliminates compatibility problems and increases performance. Have been playing around with it for a little while on BDO and I'm happy with the effects and filters that are available so far. I'm certain they'll be adding more over time as well as shareable profiles.
Right now you can save 3 profiles per game, so it's really versatile.
