Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

So it's almost 2018 and I haven't watched Die Hard this month, for shame.

A few years back, one of my sister's co-workers offered her a pet bird, a sun conure. Initially, she passed but my mom and niece found out about it and pestered her to get it. So she did, went and got the bird, brought it in and it immediately started screeching. It screeched for several months. It wasn't tame enough to let out, it didn't talk, it didn't respond to "pretty bird" the only thing it did was make a *** mess and screech from 5 am to 10 pm. The woman told my sister if she couldn't keep it, to call her and she'd take it back. So the new wore off, everyone got sick of the useless noise-maker that we had to feed. Let me be clear, when I say noise, I mean you could hear it screaming at the end of our yard, through two buildings from the inside of a car. So sis tried to get ahold of the original owner and it seemed she dropped off the face of the Earth. "I don't know why she's not answering." So I told my sister "She probably was able to move to a nicer place, find a guy, get married and have a kid. Her life is better without the bird. I wouldn't answer either." Eventually, we pawned it off on the people across the street. I still hear it screaming sometimes. Anyway, my point is don't buy a sun conure if you buy a bird. Buy something pretty that doesn't sit and scream.

I'm kinda worried about what animal my mom and niece will try to get in the coming year.

Goat - sat outside my window and sung Landslide, would occasionally headbutt the back door open and walk inside and you'd smell cabbage fart through the entire house. She was given away because we needed our back yard.
Bird - see above, it screamed constantly. Was finally given to neighbors. It was 10 years old and was apparently never going to die.
Cat - let me be clear on this one, we don't have cats. We can't have cats, never could. I'm allergic and so is my mom. One day my niece came home with a cat. Mom and I have been sick since. Two weeks ago, it went outside and disappeared. Mean as it may be, it was considered a good thing by everyone but my niece because Mom and I could breathe. We assumed a hawk or owl got it or it simply ran off or got stolen. Whatever.

Niece puts up signs, eventually found it yesterday. I haven't been able to breathe all night. I wish we could just...you know, get rid of her somehow. Then we could find the cat a new home.

...oh, I meant get rid of the niece.

Anyone know where I can find the song from the Black and White Odin and Alexander Master Trail fight from? Can’t find it anywhere? Just the OST.

Unless the music changes with phases to something new, the one I've heard in videos is just Odin's theme;

Oh, Ragnarok! One of my faves. It's Alexander's theme.

I had hoped XIV would pay homage to Ragnarok and remake it all orchestral with a choir accompanying it but XIV's Alexander stuff is all techno except like one rock theme and one that sounds like a super sentai op.

Yeah when this song comes on it’s like Epic I’m that fight lol. And yeah 14 doesn’t really have any music that has stood out to me :(
