Lina, you asked about the Oroville Dam yesterday, status update on that: They lifted the evacuation orders temporarily but warned the locals in that area to be ready to evacuate again if needed.
IMO, they should just stay as far away as possible until it's certain they'll be out of harm's way.
Ah, i was wondering.
I agree they should just stay away until they know its 100% Safe.
So yeah... I probably mentioned it somewhere but we're renovating a house to move the restaurant. I was there today and we're approaching the final stage, we're planning on moving early may.
Thought I'd share some pics of our epic journey through future financial crisis.
(Tried putting everything a bit in chronological order)
Not if you keep making your payments and/or make extra payments.
Having at least 3 months of payments ahead of time is good enough to stave off any financial crisis that may occur.
Thats not the problem really, you'd be surprised how little money you spend when you work as much like we do...no free time = no money spending.
But you never know when The Donald will unleash WW3.

Agreed. That dam could fully burst within the next minute or the next week, they don't know. Like hell if I'd be anywhere near something compromised like that. I'd be packing the essentials and getting the *** out faster than you can say "fap".
Technically speaking the main part that we consider the dam is fine. It's the spillway (s) that are in trouble. The main concern being the emergency one which is basically just a short concrete wall at the top of the hill. Will definitely be bad if the erosion collapses it but it's not like the entire 770 feet deep lake will rush over that. And if they can get water level lower it will be fine... except looks like rain again today and the damage to the main spillway doesn't allow them to let water out at high enough flowrates to compensate so it's a race
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
