gross. my neighbors have three dogs. they used to have two. they should have zero. i started feeding them cheap hotdogs and leftovers cause they always looked so miserable. the smallest one will sit and stare at my house all day. it's really sad. apparently it's now found a way to get out and my mom texted me that she stopped by my house and the dog was sleeping on my back patio. she picked her up and put her back in the neighbors fenced yard and the dog ran to her dog house and started crying.
i don't wanna adopt/steal this dog, but i feel so bad for it's shitty shitty life. If they are neglecting them, call a local shelter and see if they can put you in touch with whoever might be able to investigate it and have them taken away.
