*pulls out book of notes titled "***Rooks Says"*

To add new colored bars, he'd have to add new calls to the already annoyingly complex yes/no course of action map that makes the forum work. Adding one call by itself isn't that big of a deal but when you add several it slows things down. If he gave one person a colored bar, he'd have to give several people colored bars, a call for every color and it'd slow the site down.
