Mmm, I'm inclined to think that it's someone else, but I wouldn't put it past SE. Wanted to say that her choker was just covering the tattoos, but then there's the inconsistency with actual neck length versus how high up and long the tattoos actually are lol.

There's also these ideas that Yda isn't really like the other Scions and she was more accepted into their ranks as a sort of asylum so...I dunno.
