I am picking up an actual but I wanted to see if I wanted the Western Army Colt or the Quickdraw Frontier Colt, even though it'll probably be a Uberti remakes.
But...
<(O.o)> There's no orange tips on them and....well they have all working parts but I don't think I can actually remove the cartridge...
Tip: Get the one in .357 Mag, upon taking it out of the box, swab the barrel. They seem to leave them dirty after test firing.
.357 Magnum can fire the much cheaper .38 Special and .38 Special +P, .45 Colt can also fire .45 Schofield. Both .45 rounds are expensive.
Stay away from HSM .45 Colt cowboy rounds if you go that route, they're inaccurate as ***.
You could also get a Ruger New Vaquero which is the safer, modern design that looks the same.
