Most would probably default to Dreamweaver or whatever.
I've used a program called html validator lite, I liked it but I did very basic stuff.
Some just straight up use notepad++ (some even just notepad, those crazy ***).

It's probably one of the softwares I use the most. Got a million notepad files scattered in my documents. Well yeah, I use it a lot, but I don't code. Maybe for a batch file here or there but for anything more than a few lines it gets a bit out of hand, and a pain to debug.

It is, I need to double check to make sure I have the install for that, I think I do just no code currently.

For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
