Let's see what's left of the types Eeveelution can have:

Normal
Flying
Ground
Rock
Ghost
Steel
Dragon
Fighting

Ground and Rock I can see. Fighting would...be interesting.

I think the next Eeveelution would be Normal, just to mess with people's mind.

I think so, it's not that the action is simply ineffective against mods, it's that the mod flag bypasses the block. Though a mod doesn't bypass thread locks or preexisting topic bans. Admin bypasses thread locks though.

Funny thing is, I hate spiders and bugs but a very, very sleep deprived and running-on-percocet-and-energy-drinks me apparently like to play with scorpions.

Dismiss report, if it has been reported and dismissed, it become 'Undismiss'

My best guess would be, if a post was reported an X amount of times, and it changes to Pending Moderator Approval, then dismiss would dismiss the lock on displaying the text.
