Well as an 'old person' it's my responsibility to break you of your naivety.. So yes, it does mean I have to remind you, as long as you point out that "I'm old".
Lol, like you have a choice. It's not *** when someone says the older you get, the faster time moves.. It's real. There's actually scientific debate and study into that phenomenon... It's a fact of life, that's certain, the only uncertainty is why it's a fact of life.
that makes sense though, more and more ***happens to you and so
more *** = same amount of time = time feels like it's flying by
Advanced math
The theories I've heard are a bit more complex.. It isn't just having more experiences = being used to them = less time caring. Even colors and surroundings effect it, but not in an entirely intuitive way.

Idk, I reckon it's just older folk paying more attention to the passage of time as they realise they have more time behind them than they do in front of them.
Stayed up till 1AM last night talking to friend because he was being all paranoid about his GF. Now, I'm awake at almost 7AM and have to go to school. -.-; I wish I could just stay home and sleep longer.

Well that would be a part of it, it's about seeing life as more precious, and as you've undoubtedly heard from wreck victims (or maybe even experienced yourself, I sure did) is how everything just slows down, to a near stand still, kinda the slow motion and clarity you see in Hollywood action films.. I can attest that this does happen.. When I was in a car that was flipping, the 30 seconds or so it actually took felt like an hour, literally.. I remember it almost frame by frame. But there's more to it than just that, it goes beyond our mortality. Different people just perceive things differently..
For instance, there's strong evidence we don't all even see color the same.. The reason there's little/no confusion when we compare colors, is because people in the same area compare the same things, for reference. But how do you actually know what you see as blue, someone else doesn't see as what you perceive as red? BBC did a whole documentary on it, there's a tribe largely untouched by modern society that have developed a much different view of 'color'.. Because of this, there are certain shades of two different colors they see as the same, and have trouble picking out the difference, but there are also shades of colors that are only minimally different by our standards, that any of us would have significant trouble seeing the difference, but they can spot as if it were white and black.

Omg I totally came up with that theory >.> lol anyway I agree completely. My theory is that different eye colour causes us to see different colours, but like you say it's all a point of reference so they are accepted as being the same.
Don't mean to rant <_< but I'm fascinated by these types of things and have been in brain-sponge mode with it for the last 13 years or so.. Have to wring out that knowledge occasionally.
I laughed too hard at those pictures Sagi. Now I'm a bit disappointed a new one won't be added to the bunch. lol
That's what you think...
>.> I hope you're not on the test server or something when I get on today. I think I'm gonna pack up my laptop for classes today. I need forums during lunch to keep me entertained. XP
OMG. You are a genius. Imagine how many forum members I could hunt down and subligar... all in one place! /rubs hands together.

Now I feel like it must be done... You're a very persuasive individual.
Ahhhh I'm really making a terrible mess with all my life choices!! >< I need a time machine..
Swing by and pick me up when you find one ._.' jus found out I missed out on college this year because I applied too late. Ugh I'ma be like 23 before I start college ._.'
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
