Since there is a link on the left, and I recall a screenshot of someone with it in the background, why is Discord so popular all of a sudden? I've never used it, but people seemed to suddenly shift from TS to it. Is this another 'flavor of the month' scenario, or is it likely to retain the userbase?

It's been a around for a year or two now. It's servers also come with a wall of sorts like face book which is nice and is free vs having to pay for a server for TS. It also has a friends list built in so you can message people there and a browser based version so people don't need to download anything to make use of it. The voice quality is a bit lower but nothing that I notice personally so it's just a much more convenient option for most people.

A little while back they added in the ability to set the bitrate of the audio for the server. If you're the server admin anyway.

So I started drinking perrier with my espresso. It really does help bring out more flavor from the coffee, but it's so pricey. Might have to buy one of those Italian soda makers to carbonate my own water

before Universe reset, Bats had a contingency plan, spath mentioned the events of Babel arch?

similar event happens in the JUSTICE series, and bat's contingency plan was to poison The Flash so he would not be able to stop running until death.

Yep. Despite all that though, I think the overall quality has actually gone up in the last few years. You just have to be willing to sift through the junk. That's one of the main reasons I typically don't read fics with fewer than 10k words, and for certain fandoms, even 100k words(unless it's by an author that I know is good).
