Guess I'm just paranoid as ***. Dad has had 4 heart attacks during my lifetime and I actually saw it going down at least 2 of those times.
That being said glad you're fine though, but if you do get the above symptoms don't post about it, get some help, lie down, take any potential hypertension medication you might have sublingually, and try to losen any constrictive clothing.

Np, I used to get heart flutters all the time as a kid, not so much anymore though.
I once had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder though, which made my left arm hurt and feel really weak, which made me think I was having a heart attack.
