note: Regular Fire Elementals were there too (they agro) as well as more spiders... Grrrz and yes that's an NM Seems pretty normal to me.

You can destroy the crystal part on their backs to deal more damage to them.

Didn't know that stupid test was so picky. I got ONE question wrong and it flunked me. Aced it the second time though. Answers were more or less conducive with disregarding friendship/family, and sacrificing whatever material needs you had to obtain power and follow orders >_> It's funny how I think in total opposite of a BLU. No wonder I love Corsair so much. I just looked up the answers on wiki to get them right the first time. When you hit 42 for your weapon, you have to get like every staging point there is, lolz.
Have fun with BLU. :D I should unlock COR on my galka while being a BLU, just to see how the cutscenes differ. I bet the Seagull Phatrie would be pissed xD

I'm kinda interested in the connection between The Immortals and Blue Mage. I know The Immortals are more or less the knights of the empress and all of them are the best blue mages in the land, but what does that mean for a blue mage that isn't in the organization?
I love the storyline for BLU, even if it's the total opposite of how I think or stand on morally. It's amazing. :3 Huge spoiler at the end too.
You actually end up getting forced into the Immortals anyway, already being in the Empress' service by becoming a merc. But they don't really say that. Interesting.
From what I remember my friends telling me, you get forcefully put into a situation where you have to join them or die. It strikes me that there can be any sense of obligation to an organization since we're adventurers that go and do as we please. So I can only imagine what it'd be like to be both high level COR & BLU since they're opposing sides and opposing mindsets.

I remember an AF cutscene for COR where one of the Empress's lackeys come after you and he brings his Blue mage galka, and he says something to the extent that all Blue Mages end up like him, and then it just zooms over to his face and he's just seething, snarling and completely out of his mind.
I guess every BLU no matter how strong they are lose control to the monsters absorbed in their soul :o Though, don't you become a Soulflayer when that happens? |
