So I finished Bravely Default after months of it collecting dust after I maxed everything and got kinda bored doing the last stretch and I have some... issues with things...
There may be a few gaps in my memory maybe someone who gets it all can fill me in.
In the end it turns out Airy having you awaken the crystals links worlds blah blah blah evil plot. The issue I have with this is... aren't the crystals supposed to be awake(ned) normally?
I know Agnes is the Wind Vestal, and there was a Water Vestal, so I assume Fire/Earth also had them, maybe Eternian forces eliminated them or something I dunno. From what I understand though, in a natural state meaning no one killing/stopping them the Vestals would regularly pray at the crystals to keep them juiced and doing what they do.
I figure this to be the case because the crystals not being awakened seems to have major detrimental side effects. The desert town relies on the wind from the wind crystal to survive. Why would they have built to begin with in this place if the natural order is not to have the crystal be awake? Same goes for the poison in the sea or whatever it was.
Is it actually normal for the crystals to be awake, just not to the extent Airy had our Agnes power them up to? The prayer sessions seem to awaken the crystals, but then Airy insists on pushing it a little further than just awake (though not so far as to destroy them).
Anyway, looking forward to Bravely Second.

:x It's your serious business battle face. You have that same face anytime you draw any weapon in XIV. Even the scholarly books!

Me and my friend were actually commenting on this about a month ago when we were bored off our ***. For sure we discovered certain weapons have a more "calm" or "neutral" battle face based minimally on gender.
If I remember correctly minimally my SCH/SMN, and Astro were relatively calm. I think his lady was calm on Drk, can't remember others.

I'm going to go cry in my corner now as I grind out more Atma crystals.

It will be the same for any weapon drawn, the only difference by race/gender, but only in the severity of expression. Some job's expressions change when you change the pose with weapon drawn, most notably Monk and SCH/SMN. Monk goes from battle face to confident smirk. SCH/SMN go from battle face to pensive reader.

Well finished all of the 2.0 dungeons and will have to do the 3.0 ones after work. Dreading step 3. Glad I got to skip atma though.

Few issues with this (and no I'm not finished with the video):
1. cores doesn't really mean anything, same with clockspeeds (by themselves) it's really all about the benchmarks.
2. I'd go with a workstation mobo over a server mobo, could easily find a chassis to fit, would hold the video card properly, etc.
3. there's an idc10 header on that board, so you could have more usb ports if you utilized it.
4. can just go to servermonkey.com and buy an old workstation (they have them with/without cpu/ram), throw a half decent video card in it and a ssd and save yourself a whole lot of trouble.
5. sawing a card is HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE.
By Jetackuu 2015-12-16 07:23:16
I'd find it a bit creepy..
can't I dress like a nurse, a psychologist, a cop, catwoman, a teacher, or a dragon, like the dressup fetishes that everyone has? schoolgirl
I realize the irony.

What I miss? Oh nothing much. How you been? Laying down, vomiting, explosive decompression, you know the usual sick things.
Did get to watch that smash direct though. Was not expecting Corrin or Stripper.

aaaaand that's enough of that.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
