Um.. Well, you see. They were apparently having sex, not only on company time but also company property and they also caused a sexual harassment claim against the firm. If the first two weren't true, you could annoy them by making them both go through some sexual harassment sensitivity training.

Today's Friday, also the last day of the pay cycle (although our pay cycle is 2 weeks).

Might as well get at least some productivity out of them before they pack their ***up and GTFO. Plus, it's easier for HR to sort out at the end.

If this was discovered on Monday, highly likely they would have been fired on Monday.

I'm just glad that they are both here today. If either called in sick, I would have had to fire them over the phone, which wouldn't be as bad I guess.

I hope neither are tossers. A while back, before I came on board, when the CFO at the time fired an employee, the employee tossed stuff at the CFO.

That didn't go over well. Probably why we don't fire in our offices anymore either.
