Just checked RWBY in Japanese on Youtube. The dub is unofficial, so you can't really base anything off that.
@anime voice-over topic:
It's all personal preference. I don't care if you like the American voice acting or not, that's not my point. My point (hence why I posted a picture of Dragonball Evolution movie poster) is that for some damn reason, American studios decide to take the original story and alter it to their own liking when they do the voice-overs. They are taking something good and altering it (99% of the time for the worse) into something else for who knows what reason. I don't watch anime in Japanese dub for the voice acting, I watch it for the unaltered stories, which most of the time is better than the American version. Not all American versions do that, but enough do that I just don't even take a chance with the English dubbed version anymore. Been burned too many times already.... I remember watching an anime, I forgot which one, anyhow I saw the beginning in English and it was some kids talking about how they were gonna go home and seriously study. Then I watched it in JP and it was the kids talking about how they will skip studying and go to a karaoke bar and play cards.
 Never watched Yugioh lol. Well aside from an abridged thing on youtube .... in America!

FMAB is about one of the best dubs ever according to most people.
I've watched a good bit of it in both and some key scenes are just vastly superior in English. The thing about DBZ is Bruce's music, it's iconic.
