The new expac for destiny is definitely Destiny headed in the right direction, but it's not largely different other than the lack of a 6 man raid.
I do find Prison of Elders more enjoyable in some ways than a raid, but I'm not sure it'd be a reason to get the expac.
That said, I like the NPCS, headed in the right direction with more dialogue during quests and such and less, "CROTA!!!!! OMNIGULLLLLLL" type dialogue. Just wish that they'd keep it up after, even a few scripts when turning in bounties would be nice.
They just need to up the ante, give us the Jupiter moons, Saturn Moons, and all the rest of the galaxy. If they'd just focus on creating more story and levels it would be a whole lot better. It's not the gameplay, but the amount of game that is and has always been Destiny's problem.
I think the princess was in on it. A lot of the plot could be planned, but how could the plotters have known that she would take the Adventurer to the side before the banquet? Also she drank an awful lot of the poisoned wine, was she trying to get crunk or something?
...not because of the player's fall from grace but more because of what happened to both the Sultana and Raubahn. I pretty much loathe Ul'dah because of how corrupt the people pulling the strings are there. By lore, just about anything done in Ul'dah supports these people in some way. Also, I knew Ilbard was a backstabbing *** when he was first introduced. It was his jaw line. >.>

That was my take on it as well assuming by princess you mean the sultana... She was praying for raubhan to forgive her for something and I doubt it was her stepping down from power. Additionally at the end the handmaiden said everything went according to plan, which would have to include your escape. Most likely she saw it as the only way to get rid of teledji, she knew he'd boast, and she knew Raubhan would say *** it all kill him for it

Y'eshtola might be dead since they had her mention Y'mhitra so she might step into a main story role like Estinien did. The others I don't see them passing up the opportunity for a rescue/attempted rescue quest sequence, and to follow up the arrow in the knee thing.

This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
