I've been thinking. Why don't we just make the spaceship from Interstellar irl? It seems ridiculously efficient. The propulsion would need some work, but other than that... it solves every life support issue of long range space flight aside from aging of the crew. The centrifugal gravity would allow for better air processing and food production with minimal supplies, and is a constant resource that won't easily degrade in space. add some vertical thrusters on the sides to correct for the propulsion engines and microdebris and there's no worries.
Remembering the only reason I never wanted to level blu.

@_@ Yet another fire test this morning. Left early since it is north of Dallas and to sit in traffic forever... I'm here 90 minutes early some how.
Went to this city's "pre" physical ability test, which was more or less a meet and greet with some captains, the chief, EMS chief, and their school's EMS captain. Said they have like 600 people testing total today, but thankfully only like 100~150 paramedics. They are hiring 14 and said they get 1 hire out of every 10~15 applicants which makes me hopeful. This is the only city I would take over the town I tested at the other day. Ugh back finally, went out shopping 2hrs & spent €650+ on clothes/random
Why do paramedics need to go through a physical training?

Most places around here run emergency medical services/911 through their fire departments. So in essence to be a firefighter you have to be a paramedic. Thankfully I love the paramedic side as much as the fire side. Most firefighters resent having to be a medic. Physical ability tests tend to be the most physically demanding 5~10 minutes of your life. They are designed to prove that you can run into burning buildings and not drain you SCBA in 30 seconds. Also helps weed out people who don't want to put in the effort the job takes. morning RT~
