I too have finally made it home. KN is to blame for my delay. I hate that guy.

for the techy people:
I want to get something for the PC, where I can plug in... say a Dvd/BR player, ps2/3, gc/wii etc etc, and just view it in my pc, in a normal window, as if I was watching a regular video, realizable, etc. many if not all of the capture cards I have seen use some weird *** editor and the viewing area is rather small or crap :( why not a second monitor with a switch box?

Leon Only things i can think of that can be causing the issue is either connection, drivers, some background program takeing memory, maleware or ya memory could be shot or needs a dump

See how that goes. The one I bought years ago to fiddle with and never really did anything with it, the other I bought more recently and it's just a composite to usb to capture old camcorder stuff. I forget which my friend recently got, but it's apparently one of the few that will do high framerates of 1080P from an external device.
