Jesus christ I'm starting to HATE AT&T now.
Good solid week of nothing but internet problems, can't get a decent english person (or just someone I can *** understand...) on the phone that actually knows what they're talking about. Typical Tech Support problem solutions:
1. Have you tried turning it off and on? 2. Refer to step 1. 3. Buy an upgrade for your hardware using our faulty devices 4. call back and receive the same shitty service and to follow the same shitty solutions. Ugh... Yet another fender bender. This time though, I might have broken my shin. Yay!
