To quote Frieza after he killed Krillin in DBZ Abridged:
"I feel
reeeaaallly good about my life right now."
About to spend my eShop credit. I've settled on at LEAST Shovel Knight and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. I'm thinking of saving enough to get Xenoblade Chronicles 3D when it comes out in April. That leaves either Majora's Mask or MH4U.
Here's my dilemma:
The only Monster Hunter game I've ever played is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for the PSP several years back. I could never get into it for some reason. Would MH4U be any different?
I have also not played more than 30 minutes of Majora's Mask. I have a ROM for it but never really get around to booting it up and giving it more of a go. I loved Ocarina of Time, as it was almost THE perfect Zelda game.
4U has a lot of changes from FU. Weapons have better movesets, hitboxes are tighter (for the most part), new mechanics/weapons, etc. There should be a demo on the eShop if you wanna give that a go first, but I have no idea how good a representation it is of the full game because I never played the demo.
Also, my Xenoverse custom character > your Xenoverse custom character. :I
Apparently I'm 9hrs into MH4U already...
Game seems relatively easier than MH3U was(though it has been FOREVER since I did story missions so that could be talking out my ***)
Insect Glaive or GTFO.
That is all.
I thought it seemed easier at first too, but I'm not sure if that's just because I'm better at the game going in than I was going into 3U so there's no fumbling around learning ***. Also the lack of awkward underwater combat makes things easier.
Great Sword > all.
