I think she just hates him
To be honest, I'm surprised that people haven't automatically blocked me.
Best way to get rid of somebody is for everyone to block that person. Once s/he realizes that he is pretty much talking to himself, he would stop posting. Apparently it made them "closer than ever" once she found out.

On the OFs you can get banned on a whim. It's happened to me a few times. Windows works just fine for me, why do I need to chance something going wrong?

I was talking more of the windows updates than forcing a program to close, depending on the program, you usually wont have an issue from that, but Windows updates however, can brick your install if you don't have a working restore point.
