milk chocolate tends to have too sweet of a taste.
Now, I'm not talking about straight bitter dark chocolate, but if I eat straight chocolate without using it in a recipe I much prefer dark because it cuts some of the sugar out.
Again, not straight bitter dark chocolate, it's a balance thing with me.
I will say that I'm not a huge fan of just eating plain chocolate, so I don't know a huge variety of brands but I do have some favorites.
