FFXIII has a model of the upper half of Vanille "naked" and when people found a method to view the models (the models are used ingame but the boobs are not visible) a lot of people complained.
To be fair they didn't complain that she was naked (referring to Vanille), but the fact that they detailed the upper half when there was no reason to.

Ellen page actually wasn't used as a model for the girl in the last of us, in fact she tried to file a suit against naughty dog claiming the character "used her likeness" which is ridiculous seeing as they look nothing alike.
