»I would have thought French restaurants were more stereotypically romantic in the usa, interesting
Never even heard of a French restaurant.
That's unfortunate my friend; French wine and cuisine is the best in the world.
Enjoy your snails and frogs, I'll eat something else
I was picturing a perfectly seared filet mignon actually; I dare you to try and turn one of those down. Yum
You don't need a french restaurant for that lol. Just go to a steak house or the grocery store.
I never said "you
need a French restaurant to be able to have that" lol
I mean its not exactly a french restaurant kinda thing if you can get it almost everywhere lol. Like calimari around here for example only 1 place serves it and that's Olive Garden (Only Italian restaurant we have). Even if you want to make it yourself you have to either be in the Navy to go to the Commissary or go to a fishing store and buy it as bait.
Filet Mignon you can get at any of the 4 steak places here, the Japanese one or even Apple Bees along with just picking it up at the store.
Pretty much I'm just saying it's a bad example for French cuisine since you can get it else wear from so many other places that are no where near being French.
