Yea, Lizard Squad was DDoSing PSN and Xbox Live, while a separate hacking group was specifically attacking Sony for the movie.
It took both consoles down yesterday but Sony got hit the hardest by far for it, and from what I've been reading they both are updating their servers so something like this doesn't happen again, which I'm sure won't work.
I think some major game servers are also doing it as well.
