Made myself workout this morning... was a bad idea. Arms are jello now after weights, and I'm making myself do a lot of cardio again because I'll be doing physical agility tests as soon as I get my red patch in 3 months.
God I have been heavy on the strength training and doing virtually zero cardio for like the past 3 months... and boy does it *** show. Only got 5.5 miles in 20 minutes biking and I'm totally beat now, opposed to the 9 miles+ in 30 minutes I was doing. Our tree shines the brightest of all
