I love going through this Trust ***on Leon. All these NPCs reminiscing about how we're so close and we had so much fun, and I'm just standing there with this look on my face.

Looks easy enough to do. Gun over the right shoulder looks like the Duel Gundam's bazooka/railgun. Dunno what the handgun is from though. Everything else is just stock Tallgeese, so as long as you're good with masking and painting you're golden.

You'll want a seperate top coat for protection rather than any kind of paint. I haven't gotten around to painting yet, so I don't know anything about that kinda stuff (except that certain kinds of topcoat react badly to certain paints and plastics), so here's a guide recommended in the /m/ and /toy/ beginner guides to Gunpla instead. :I

Is there any particular disadvantage to purchasing a reference card rather than a third party aftermarket one?

reference cards generally have worse cooling and inferior PCBs. the former has been taken care of mostly ever since the Titan was released (albeit, reference cooler design isn't quite as good as the top end non-ref coolers), however PCB quality can still be a concern depending on how much you want to overclock.

Pretty sure all top coats prevent (or reduce at least) the chances of paint chipping and fading; the only real difference is the kind of finish you want.

Tiny adorable old Chinese lady makes small talk with me for 5 mins before giving me my food, and types 8.61 into the debit instead of 28.61 and passes it to me to pay.

And I dont correct her! Let it never be said I'm a goody two shoes! /fills with guilt as I eat lol

Sometimes they do that stuff on purpose so don't feel too bad. When we used to go to this chicken place in town my dad would speak Spanish to all the Mexicans that worked there. We would end up getting a 20 piece instead of the 12 piece we ordered.

I find it hard to believe that a Zweihander would only weigh 7 pounds.
It's actually true. The blades are relatively thin and light weight and while it is a two-handed blade they evolved from long swords and are meant to be wieldable with 1 as well. The heaviest a Zweihander should be is maybe 10lbs and that's really pushing it and probably more ceremonial than practical.

Edit: Rae makes me want to find my old books and reclaim lost knowledge.

I've gotta stop lazing around and do something.

Eh.

I remember the time I was neck and neck with Mag... I've lost a lot of ground.
