Hmm, I wasn't expecting wrestling.

I expect long, "well thought out" back stories from each of you before this fight ends.

Well, many many years ago when I was 23, I married to a widow who was pretty as could be. This widow had a grown-up daughter who had hair of red, my father fell in love with her and soon they too were wed, this made my dad my son-in-law and really changed my life for now my daughter was my mother for she was my father's wife and to complicate the matter even though it brought me joy, I soon became the father of a bouncing baby boy, my little baby became a brother-in-law to dad and so became my uncle though it made me very sad for if he were my uncle that also made him brother of the widow's grown-up daughter who was my step-mother, father's wife then had a son who kept him on the run and he became my grandson for he was my daughter's son. My wife is now my mother's mother it makes me very blue because she is my wife and is my grandmother too, now if my wife is my grandmother then I am her grandchild and everytime I think of it it nearly drives me wild because now I have become the strangest case you ever saw, as husband of my grandmother I am my own grandpa.

11 hours into FFXII now. Vaan is an annoying little ***and is totally pointless to the story. Panelo is pointless too but not annoying.

Found out none of the jobs I selected can target Air enemies so changed my jobs with a Save editor.

Yeah, Ashe really should of been the main teen character. And she is mildly pointless in the story as well.

If memory serves Vaan and Penelo were added as an after thought to the game and Basch was to be the main protagonist. The higher ups felt that an older character wouldn't get their target audience so they created their normal teen-saves-the-world character to add in.

lol I've been party leadering with Basch from the moment I could. Him(hunter) Ashe (Knight) and Fran(Red Mage) are my main group.

Success! After a fair bit of googling, tinkering, finding a BIOS that works, ripping my own ISO, and overall entirely too much effort I finally got a PS2 emulator to run a damned game.

Now... to rip all the games I want to play, because apparently the ISO's I downloaded just suck (or I can't find them, or don't download very fast at all) and I can't play discs for some reason.

I'll play Valkyria Chronicles starting Tuesday first since I just bought it and haven't played it. But after that I'mma get my FF on and binge X/XII/VII/VIII and IX if I can find it.

Edit: For some reason I read that as "What games are you going to play?"

The main goal was to get X and XII working. No real reason, just wanted to play them again.

All of those should be up on TPB, shouldn't be too difficult to get them to play well

Reminds me that I need to finish LaPucelle.

And finish streaming Xenosaga for my friend.

And actually play Disgaea.

TPB was the first place I looked, X and XII were a pain to find, X took forever to download and then wouldn't work. Would just black screen when loaded. Was tempted to download a PAL version and see if that would work, but it only had like 10 seeds... which was like the highest of any of the downloads I could find.

For whatever reason the ISO I created is running fine through the intro and first few CS's of the game. I seem to rip faster than I can even find downloads anyway.

Finally got my 980 and started playing around with DSR. Downsampled images so good, LOOK AT ALL THOSE GRAPHICS!

I don't know what downsampling is, but that looks pretty sweet.
