Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
so far I'm down about 30 lbs total since I cut out pop Memorial Day weekend and started eating 'somewhat' better. Still eating a bit too much junk food at times, but I'm walking up to about 4 miles a day now, and doing some strength training on the side.
Outside of that, I'm still doing for the most part what I've done From where I started last October I was fairly successful and about -20 from where I started at the best point, now I'm at about +15 from where I started because...well, reasons. I doubt my life's narrative is really necessary or wanted.
Bottom line is I need to buckle down and change things, but that's far, far easier said than done. Ez-SR (Ez-8 variant)  R GyaGya (Gyan / Gyan Kai variant based on the R Jarja) and on the left you can see Beargguy F (F for Family) with Puchiguy (little guy) on his back.  new dentist :x lets hope this one doesn't suck total gorilla ***... so far they seem more professional then my last one.
