You're guessing the reason you got sick was something that was far far less likely based on where you went, on no basis at all. Why I said it wasn't likely the culprit.

No, I stated what the basis of the illness was, and the potentially likely culprits.
I've spent quite a lot of time in kitchens and handling food, and keeping up to health code standards.
Also, the items in my list of potential culprits, is pretty minute, and explicit to what I actually had, where it came from, and how they are generally handled.
The absolutely ridiculous idea that a theatre keeps popcorn anywhere near a cutting board is laughable.
Unless you've never been to a theatre.
