Some study says that people who do night shifts are more inclined to get sick because reversing the sleep-wake cycle actually damages the body.
So I guess I'm doomed since even when I don't want to I reverse my cycle ._.
Ive been doing that for 10 years, I havent noticed a difference in the amount of times I got sick from doing either. However I now hate certain birds, the light, traffic, trash day, and society as a whole~
