Just worked the Texas State Fair as first aid on UT/OU weekend... holy balls, never again will I make that mistake.

We stopped counting patients after about 400. High 80's with 100% humidity and like 50,000 drunk football fans.

Eirtakon is happy to announce that Steve Blum - one of the most prolific voice actors in the industry - will be filling Troy Baker's space as Guest of Honour at Eirtakon 2013 in Croke Park this November!

With literally hundreds of voiceover credits to his name, Steve Blum is best known as the voice of Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop and a gigantic list of other characters from anime, video games, TV and film.

Ever have those moments where you just wanna scream/break down and cry/etc because even the simplest ***in life just can't go right?

2 screws hold the seat onto my motorcycle, which happens to be on top of the battery. I need to get to the battery to wire in new lights.

Oop, previous owner totally stripped the ***out of the allen bolts and they are in such and awkward spot you can't just cut a slash in them to screw it out.

2 *** screws just ruined my entire weekend. I have to order new bolts (because Honda has to be special and they can't just be a standard size bolts, a *** 8x22 fine thread allen... really?) and find some way of getting these old, stripped, rusted in bolts out without *** up my seat or bike.

What should of been a 1 hour job just turned into a 3 week waiting game and puzzle. I could always just chop off the seat to get to the bolts and spend $600 on a new seat and have that ***here within a week.

:-( Bummer! If you are able to access the screws at all, you might be able to get them out with a rubber band. But if they are in an awkward spot, who knows. Good luck!

I've been thinking this for about a year or little more now. Anyone else think FFXI has been going the "death by design" route?

Nah, SE is still pulling in plenty of money from FFXI. They wouldn't want to do anything deliberately to start winding that down. They are just maybe running out of ideas to keep the fan base interested. There's only so much time a person can spend on one event before becoming bored, after all.
