This is all I hear about interactions with parents from all of my mentor teachers.
please tell me i don't have to give you another pep talk? i thought we've gone over how you're awesome.
remember that you hold all the cards. the kids want you to say something good, and the parents have no clue about what's going on. play it cool. just tell all the parents a generic compliment about their kid.
