2 cups milk of your choice (whole, almond, etc.) or 1 1/2 cups water + 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup quinoa (red, white, black, or a mix), rinsed
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (1/2 pint) fresh blueberries
handful of your favorite nuts (I love walnuts)
