Mmm i just tried to check how many calories i should roughtly be eating everyday, and the wisdom of the internet gave me like 20 different answers :O
I got numbers from 1,6k-2,4k >.> not sure if i'm just a little ocd about this, but that seems like quite the big range.. I thought she might still have the same info/knowledge though. But having seen her qualifications and the info I got from her today,that completely changed. It wasnt because she was a woman,it was just because of everything I'd seen/heard about her before hand. Average woman with little to no activity is 2k,obviously it varies a bit based on the person and what you do :P but 2k is a good number to base it off for you /steps on Quiz's ToX CE stuff
