Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Olive oil is the way to go. There's a place out in Sedona that specializes in it to the point where they're able to enhance it with various flavors. For instance, when I make my pizza dough, I have a special olive oil that I use when mixing it together. It's infused with sun dried tomatoes, basil and parmesan cheese. I know that may sound odd, but it's damn delicious and really enhances my dough. They also have truffle oils and various balsamic vinegars.
