I try to do all my research online, and if I still can't find my answer I call.

Worst was trying to find a pricing for my Xbox (to sell) and not finding one. Then calling and being told they couldn't price it unless you went to the store. I felt kinda stupid for not realizing that, but hey, best to know and learn from the mistake.

Still traded that ***for a 3DS. >.>b

Its not worth it.
I only trade in games that I don't like and will not play again.
Some situations a game is so bad I think, "Ya know $5 is better than having this garbage." but even that is very rare.

I think what's worse is I bought a used Gameboy SP from them one time and I got a generic adapter with it.

Policies could have changed, still doesn't make me any less dumbfounded.
