The hardest part is eating!
You will want to eat everything in sight and in order to get decent results you have to really commit to clean eating. It's crazy, but the diet is 50% of it and 100% of your day will be spent wanting to eat everything because the amount of calories you burn. Anyone who's posted or quoted that "Jumers" casino stuff, can you delete it, it appears to be having some virus-like effect on Kali, redirecting her to the Jumers website.
