Sorry had fast reply since boss was around the corner. I think it was 10 carbs for like 3 weeks so ketosis was in good effect then was around 30 carbs a day afterwards for like....4 months. Till I had to move back in with folks cuz my roommate had to sell her house back to her ex-husband or something. THan once back at home, I could not resist carbs anymore....
Meh, I was down to 220 from 250. I was le happy. Except for foood cravings....ever have dreams about eating a bowl of peas??!?!?!?! I DID! D:
