It's fairly normal for us to have an ongoing theme some days that lasts a few hours. Kinda part of what keeps the thread interesting, I have no idea what I'm walking into when I click it.
I think you're taking it too seriously. I understand you're trying to do your job and keep threads relevant/people happy but I've yet to see many people complain about it and this thread literally has no specifically relevant topic. If you start marking this for spamming you'll have to do the same when people start talking about almost any other subject that is brought up in here on a daily basis.
Pretty sure RT is for RT, we've not been following the theme of the thread since it's creation.
people will eventually change the topic off pokemon to something else and then you can complain about that too.
If people don't like it they can change the topic at any time

I did a Low Carb diet years ago when I lived in Glen Burnie, lost so much weight, but my God, the Hispanics....EVERYTHING WE EAT IS CARBS!!!!
So it was skinny and miserable feeling but looking hot or fat happy and still looking good enough hot.

Low carb,as much protein as body needs (based on my weight/muscle) and full body work outs to put on as much muscle as possible. Quantity over quality for now.
