Best bet is to write them down usually. We tend to quickly forget dreams within the first 30mins-hour of waking.

I've gone through several stages of violent, vivid dreams, but they go away after a couple months at most. A few weeks ago, i started having dreams where i was faced with overwhelming/impossible tasks, and then turned into dreams where i was trapped somewhere or couldnt escape a siutation. Aaaaand the other day i had a dream where i was being ripped to peices. in layers... Last night was more of an emotionally violent dream bleh My stuff shipped.
