that sounds more like a taco bell burrito. when i get them they are layered so each ingrediant of the burrito gets to shine.

Okay, then the California burritos they sell at Taqueria Arandas (or w/e it's called now..)

Steak, rice, tomato, lettuce, sour cream, refried beans, cheese and something I'm forgetting..

Still ends up as mush =/ I've never seen a crispy burrito.. If those damn Cali burritos weren't so damned delicious I wouldn't eat any burritos really..

If I make mexican food, it's crunchy tacos or fajitas (made some tostada's the other day)..

I have an aversion to mush.. I had to eat it for months and months after a dental procedure..

It came to a point to where forcing my self to eat mush literally would make me ill and start gagging.
