So if you don't mind downloading them all again, then just delete all the games and steam, and then re-install it on a new HDD. Transferring can cause corruption and errors, but it is possible. There's a few guides on it. ah, not troubled with re downloading tbh, i'll probably do that now, once I go thru my C drive and see what's hogging up all the space. Ah yeah no problem then, just install steam on the HDD you want the games to be installed into.

I actually have some games i've been working on that I don't want to lose my progress on. Some games are stored to the Cloud... and if not the game saves are normally pretty small files and extractable from the steam folder.
