How exactly do I save in Dark Souls, is it the little flame in the top right? I spent like 45 minutes making my character but I am too tired to keep playing @_@
Dark Souls is nothing but auto save. Every action you take it will save the game. So if you make a mistake and think you can turn the game off rq think again :x
Also never turn the game off if there is an orange flame on the top right of your screen, that's auto save and if you do that you're at a high risk of corrupting your game save.
Cool, at least my model is saved then. Too tired to really get into it right now and class in like 4 hours bleh. Probably will play more when I get home... after a nap...
Just make sure you started the game and you can move your character around before you turn it off. That is the first time it will save the game, not after you finish making your character.
<.< Wasn't ignoring, went afk to play RE6 for a bit, lol. Also, must have answered after I refreshed the page or something, cause I didn't see the first reply. :3
And just skimming the /claim thread, the different opinions of stealing and theft people can do to others, and people's general interaction of how their normal everyday FFXI life can be to another player good/bad.
Yea, but you know when you're stealing from someone else. You can pull the "it's not stealing if it's white" card because SE has defend it time and time again, but you know what you're doing to the group who worked for it, even if you won't admit it to others.

I agree 100%. I find it disappointing the lack of morals from the playerbase. Can't be surprised though, do whatever it takes to get ahead, too each their own, etc.
Typical rule of thumb for XI (and rl), if it happened to you, and you would feel really bad (like pissed), just don't do that same action to others. It really is that simple.

Except people feel all big and tough when they pick on others on the internet, so you can't expect that from others.
On the one hand though, if a group completely wipes and dies, ***is fair game before it despawns. If they have no chance of recovery, don't let that pop set go to waste. If you want to be nice and offer drops to the party that died, cool, but it would be a shame if like a chloris set went to waste, because of a wipe.
Reminds me back when farming Zi'tah for goobbues (and bats) was profitable. I remember BSTs and summoners trying to double claim with their pets, and I would always penta kill their pet's mob the moment it turned white. They'd get furious, but alas, that's the price of abusing game mechanics. Two wrongs don't make a right, but I sure as hell am not going to be remotely polite when faced with greed or rudeness.

Oh without a doubt, but always treat people how you would like to be treated, unless they give you a legitimate reason not to be so kind.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
