Best food for Kannagi NINs?
Red curry bun seems to be the favourite.
I've started using Hydra Koftes & just red curry now, normally 3 hour foods, but you can increase the duration to 6 hours using sigil or Sanction provided you're in the area at the time of use. Question about Rancor Collar. Im sure I dont have max hate, will killing any tonberrys work (too weak) or do they need to give exp or something?

If dDex is capped then Seiryu's kote with any additional crit rate are better. Cuchulain's belt > shadowbelt outside, centaurus earring > drone earring outside.
Anguinus belt > that belt you're using inside, centaurus > drone earring inside too. If using GH(you should be cause of the agi bonus anyways..) soil gorget or hope torque > rancor collar inside. Rajas ring > 7 agi ring outside if you need the dex to cap ddex(you probably do). If your seiryu's don't have 3% crit, use iga tekko +2. As mithra I have capped ddex outside in TP/WS gear on everything besides VT mobs, vw mobs, and some jailers/sky gods(probably not sure on this) and the new dynamis NM's(again, not sure on this, but probably don't have capped ddex on them). I know I have capped ddex because someone told me how much dex I need to cap it on mobs below VT, but I don't know the agi values of sky gods and jailers.
I don't understand the point of the question.. They're just poking fun at how you say you have capped dDEX on MOST mobs, if you can't even tell or don't know.

Yeah attack food is the best option on most things. There's some mobs that I have really bad acc vs like bennu/shaula where I need sushi. I don't carry pizza around so I haven't checked if pizza fixes that problem, and I haven't tried out using the 40 acc/evas atma over apoc to see if that helps either, but generally red curry > yellow curry = coruel sub > mithkabob.
Outside there's some very evasive mobs like VW mobs, which I have no experience with, and new dynamis NM's/VT mobs which I have no experience with on NIN. When doing harder dynamis things I play my RDM. That's not even capped for certain DC mobs, let alone EM/T.
Broken record in that it's yet another situational thing. If cRatio is capped Centaurus obviously isn't doing anything for you.

Are you sure? How much dex do you need to cap on T dynamis mobs then? I asked on BG and was told 91 + 52 would cap me. I don't fight anything over EP/DC ever on NIN outside abyssea though.
MMJ Lurkers and Infiltrators in Bhaflau Thickets have 96 AGI. While it's true that THF and NIN have some of the highest AGI values in the game (three-way tie for second with DNC, RNG having the highest), Mamools only have C rank AGI. It largely depends on the mob family's AGI rank, but assuming C rank again you should be right around the cap for low T DRK/DRG/SAM/SCH/SMN with 143 DEX, leaving you uncapped on any T+ RNG/THF/NIN/DNC/BLM/COR/PUP/WAR and adding more jobs as mob level increases.
Is there some sort of chart giving mob families stats for their jobs?
There used to be a small one for various TOAU-era merit mobs but I don't remember where. Beyond that, I don't think so. In theory you should be able to reverse-engineer STR/DEX/VIT/AGI if you can find INT/MND/CHR (easy as BLU), but I don't think there's been any comprehensive effort to gather data.
